I ordered a different tip initially and it didn’t quite fit. The folks at sonic were incredibly helpful about it and wound up shipping this to me for free so we could figure out what I needed. The product itself was perfectly suited to the task but the reason I’m giving this rating is because of the experience I had with the company and how helpful they were, even with a small order like a switch tip.
