The Dual Tone Feature
Tone pot down: Standard WIMA .047µF cap — crisp, classic P/J Bass tone rolloff.
Tone pot pulled up: WIMA .1µF cap engaged — a deeper, warmer cut that opens up a whole new tonal palette without touching your pickups or amp.
Who It's For
Basses made outside the US are often routed for smaller pots. This harness solves that — premium parts and expanded tone control, no routing required.
Compatibility
Designed for P/J Bass-style instruments with non-USA-spec pot cavities. Works with standard USA-sized knobs for solid-shaft pots. Instruments manufactured outside the US may require drilling pot holes to 3/8" to fit. Select your output jack preference and include your bass's make, model, country of manufacture, and handedness in your order notes so we can confirm fit before shipping.
Drop-In Installation
No point-to-point soldering required. Simply connect your pickups and output jack — most players complete the install in under 30 minutes. Includes a wiring diagram.
