HSS Pre-Wired Harness

Get the best of both worlds. The Sonic Pickups HSS Pre-Wired Harness is wired for single coils in the neck and middle positions and a humbucker in the bridge — built with premium components so every position delivers, from glassy single-coil clarity to thick, powerful bridge humbucker tone.

What's Inside

• Bourns 500k knurled short-shaft pots (x3) — the right value for humbuckers, with smooth consistent taper
• Oak Grigsby 5-way blade switch (x1) — the industry standard for reliable switching
• SoZo NexGen Mustard Vintage .047µF capacitor (x1) — warm, vintage-voiced tone rolloff
• 470k resistors (x2) — properly loads the single-coil positions for balanced output across all 5 switch positions
• Switchcraft #11 mono jack (x1) — bulletproof output, made in the USA

• Pure Tone mono jack (x1) — multi-contact design for a more secure cable connection
• Gavitt cloth pushback wire in black & white (24" each) — period-correct and flexible

Compatibility

Fits standard HSS Stratocaster-style body routes. Designed for USA-spec pot holes (3/8"). Guitars manufactured outside the US may require drilling pot holes to 3/8" to fit. Works with standard USA-sized knobs. Select your output jack preference and include your guitar's make, model, country of manufacture, and handedness in your order notes so we can confirm fit before shipping.

Drop-In Installation

No point-to-point soldering required. Simply connect your pickups and output jack — most players complete the install in under 30 minutes. Includes a wiring diagram.
