This is our Studio single coil set with The Beast in the bridge position. It has a warm and defined vintage wound neck pickup. A full bodied middle and The Beast, a bridge mid-frequency monster that is distinctive and cuts through the mix or on stage like nothing else. (Also sold individually.) This pickup was designed for a little, (or a lot!) of drive and responds best with an working bridge tone control. Standard Strat wiring doesn’t have the second Tone knob work on the Bridge pickup. We can show you how to change it in the wiring diagram.)
Note: This set comes with a reverse wound, reverse polarity middle pickup for hum cancelling in the 2 and 4 position. If you would like your set wound without this, just let us know when you order.
