Studio "Beast" - Single Coils Set

The Studio Beast is our Studio single coil set with one key upgrade: The Beast in the bridge position.

The neck is warm and defined, the middle is full-bodied, and then there’s The Beast — a mid-frequency monster that cuts through the mix like nothing else. Designed to thrive with a little (or a lot) of drive, it responds best with an active bridge tone control. Standard Strat wiring doesn’t route the second tone knob to the bridge pickup — we’ll show you how to change that on our wiring diagrams page.

The middle pickup is reverse wound, reverse polarity (RWRP) for hum cancellation in positions 2 and 4. Prefer a standard wind? Just let us know at the time of order.
