This is Herman. He was originally made for the James Tyler Guitars, 35th Anniversary 1987 Studio Elite model. He is the Jame Tyler mascot. (Either you know, or you don't.)
Herman, the custom switch tip, first appeared at the 2024 Winter NAMM Show and made quite the impression on each Tyler guitar aficionado that noticed him. And a few that didn't. . . wait what?
Herman is only sold as a USA sized blade switch and is designed specifically for Tyler guitars. He faces the guitar headstock, see image below, the same as on the 35th Anniversary guitar.
Please make sure to determine if your blade switch is a standard (USA) size or metric. If you aren't sure, you can download this pdf with easy instructions on how to determine it. Again, Herman is only sold in USA size unless someone really, really wants a different kind and asks really, really nicely. . .
